Schedule a DISCOVERY call
Between news releases, your company goes quiet. Investors notice.
Most public companies publish news, then disappear until the next release. Meanwhile, the shareholders you just brought in through a financing go looking for you and find nothing new. That silence is where investor interest cools.
Stock Marketing keeps your company in front of investors every week across eight platforms, drawing only on your own news releases and website. When you have news, we build the week’s post around it. When you don’t, we post anyway, so you never go quiet. No approvals to chase, nothing that creates disclosure risk. Your social media, handled.
What to Expect
Thirty minutes with Scott Breard, a straight conversation, not a pitch. Before the call, he’ll review how your company currently shows up to an investor doing their homework: what appears when someone searches your name, what your social channels look like, and how much time has passed since your last post.
On the call, he’ll walk you through what he found, including where the gaps are between your news flow and what investors actually see, and where your company is quietly losing visibility between releases. Then he’ll tell you honestly whether what we do fits where your company is right now. If it isn’t, he’ll say so and point you in a better direction. No slides, no pressure, no obligation. Just a useful outside read on how your company looks to the market. It’s free, and even if we never work together, you’ll come away knowing exactly where you stand.
Why public companies work with us
✓ We’re capital-markets people, not a marketing agency. Scott has served as a director of a public company. We understand financings, disclosure, and the difference between promoting a stock and simply putting a company’s own news in front of investors — because we don’t promote. We distribute what you’ve already made public.
✓ A track record you can verify. We’ve handled social media for public companies across the CSE, TSXV, TSX, Nasdaq, and NYSE – explorers, developers, and companies well beyond mining. See the full client list.
✓ See the work, not a sales pitch. We’d rather show you than tell you. Here’s what we’re posting this month for Oreterra Metals, Eureka Metals and Canamera Energy Metals. Go look and judge for yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Isn't this stock promotion?
No. We’re not stock promoters. We handle social media for public companies, and everything we post comes straight from your public disclosures: your news releases, your website, and your presentations. We don’t hype, speculate, or make claims. We take what you’ve already told the market and make sure investors actually see it.
Do I have to approve every post?
No, and that’s by design. Because we work only from your publicly available information and repackage it for social media, you don’t need to approve anything. We’re not putting words in your mouth; we’re amplifying words you’ve already made public. No approval queues, no sign-offs, no bottleneck.
How much of my time does this take?
Almost none. We need a bit of your time during onboarding to get set up, and after that, it runs on its own. When you have news, you send it to a dedicated email address, and our team moves it to the front of the queue. That’s it. You stay focused on running the company.
What do you post when I don't have news?
You’re never silent between releases. We pull highlights and quotes from your recent news, share project and investor updates, post your presentations, remind investors where you trade and how to sign up for your newsletter, and feature your leadership and projects. Send us an article or interview by email, and we’ll share it too. There’s always something worth putting in front of investors.
Is this compliant?
Yes. We use only what you provide, and we don’t change it. We’re not content creators rewriting your story; we’re distributing your approved public disclosure across social media exactly as you released it. The compliance work is already complete by the time it reaches us.
Do I have to be active on social media myself?
No. If you’re already active, the best thing you can do is follow your company’s accounts and like or share our posts – but it’s entirely optional. If you’d like a personal presence without the work, our Executive Branding service is for you: we manage your LinkedIn for you, so you can build professional credibility with investors without spending your evenings posting.
